“I heard about the IRA program first through the national news first, and then from some of Focus on Energy’s marketing. I’ve been interested in increasing the energy efficiency of systems in my home, and reducing the amount of fossil fuels that I use. The program is going to make doing that a lot cheaper. To begin, I have to replace my water heater, and I want to do so with a new heat pump water heater. The program will help not only with that, but also some changes to the electrical wiring in the home, since our home is 100 years old, has an old electrical service and panel, and can’t support some newer electrical appliances. All Comfort services was the first local firm I saw that I was ready to go with program participation, and has been helpful in getting me signed up and my projects started.” – Scott
All Wisconsin households are eligible for energy efficiency upgrades in single—and multi-family buildings, with higher rebates for lower-income households below 80% of the area median income. You must have lived in your home for at least eight months to qualify.
