NATE Certification

The North American Technician Excellence (NATE) program is the leading non-profit certification program for technicians in the “HVAC/R” industry. The initials stand for heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration.

All of our NATE-certified technicians have passed a nationally recognized test developed and supported by all segments of the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning industry, thereby demonstrating their knowledge of today’s increasingly sophisticated HVAC/R systems.

Lennox VisionTECH

Lennox VisionTECH includes one-day training for office, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians. It is designed to empower and provide continuing education with new technology and equipment. Additionally, high school and technical college students attend from across Wisconsin.

Nexstar Network

We believe in providing excellent customer service and invest in training our employees through weekly meetings and off-site training with proven best practices.
